Your use of the ProtokolIQ clinical platform is governed by separate contractual terms — including a master services agreement (MSA), and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA) where applicable — handled through the founding-practice and procurement process. Those agreements, not these terms, govern the platform.

This site is provided for general information about ProtokolIQ. Content may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a warranty, or professional, legal or medical advice.
Acceptable use

- Submit patient information or any third-party personal information. The forms on this site are for business contact details only — please do not enter patient or health data anywhere on this site.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute relating to this site or these terms is the state and federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
