The full spine is live in production at Zvia Weight Loss & MedSpa in Lakewood, Colorado — the practice ProtokolIQ’s founder owns and runs. Labs and clinical intelligence, intake and eligibility, charting from recordings, scheduling, deterministic protocols, inventory, commerce, billing, retention and the white-label patient portal — all on a single patient record.

Zvia is our own clinic, not a reference customer. It is the only practice live on ProtokolIQ today, and saying so is the point: the software runs a real cash-pay practice every day, and the person who built it is the one who has to live with it when it’s wrong.

Charting from recordings now drafts SOAP notes with a private, self-hosted model — not a frontier AI provider. Audio and transcripts are never sent to an outside AI service; the provider reviews and signs. Every model call is captured for audit.
